Google logo designs becoming more frequent of late

Keep up with the very latest developments in the digital marketing world

Since my blog post a month or so ago on the H G Wells inspired Google logos, I’ve noticed they seem to have gone on a doodle frenzy with a number of recent changes.

Today’s design, 7th October, sees a barcode to mark the 57th anniversary since Bernard Silver, Norman Woodland and Jordin Johansen had their patent application issued for “Classifying Apparatus and Method”.

Personally, I always find these logo changes interesting, mainly because I make it my mission to find out more about the subject in question and go away feeling like I’ve learned something – though quite when I’ll get to exercise this new found knowledge remains to be seen, perhaps I shall engage in small talk with the Tesco checkout operator this evening.
