Following on from yesterday's post about B2B advertising on social networks, I got an email this morning notifying me of a new infographic that has been publishing that shows some very interesting results about B2B companies and their connection with digital marketing. The infographic was created by KISSmetrics from a recent study that was conducted by Google, with over 600 marketing professionals surveyed and asked about their marketing strategy for 2011. It has definitely shown some interesting results, such as in 2010 only 34% of the marketing budget was given to digital marketing methods. Of that 34% the top digital marketing method used is email marketing. However, with over 69% of marketers aiming to try out new digital tactics in 2011, the old traditional methods will look set to decrease. Have a read of the infographic, some interesting facts:
